The Pearl is a beautifully decorated and newly renovated houseboat new to the Venice Marina rental market. It has plenty of space inside and outside for entertaining and relaxing. It is located at the mouth of the Venice Marina for easy access and has plenty of room for tying up several boats. It is a quiet and private location away from the main marina fuel dock and cleaning station. Private area with own cleaning station with water wash down. A large gas barbeque and large charcoal pit on back porch and a commercial stove in kitchen. A large commercial ice maker is on site. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people in bunk beds. There are 5 lower bunks/twin beds. Backlash Lodge is located at the Venice Marina in Venice, LA. We have everything you need to rest comfortably during your fishing adventure! The lodge sleeps 7 adults. Three sets of FULL size bunk beds, and a couch are in the bedroom, all linens provided. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and stove, microwave, and coffee pot along with a TV. The living room has a built in couch and TV. We have DIRECTV. One bathroom, we provide towels. The gas grill is located on the back porch. New central heat and A/C as well!
